As you all read in my last email to you, I’ve moved off social media and I am now focusing on my substack!
I’ll tell you what, I’m loving it so far! I am human, maybe I’ll be back in a month, 2 years, or never, but for now, I’m enjoying this new phase of my work.

The Monthly: A deep dive into a postpartum topic. Geared towards postpartum enthusiasts and professionals. Paid

The Postpartum Scoop: A monthly round-up of everything out there in the postpartum world. New studies, courses, webinars, and resources to help you and your work. Paid but sometimes I’ll leave it open for free subscribers ☺️

🧠 What I’m thinking about: I saw David Sedaris live on Monday, and goodness, an evening of laughter is just what I needed. He read from his journals and It made me think, I definitely need to be writing down more of the funny moments in life rather than my hard moments 😅
📚 What I’m reading: I just finished this book and this book, loved them both! I am currently reading this gem and can’t wait to dive into this one.
🍝 What I'm Eating: New family favorite. It’s so easy and best of all it gave us two dinners so I froze half and enjoyed it a couple of weeks later. Goodness, I love a good freezer dinner to make my life easy.
🎧 What I’m listening to: Currently listening to this. I’ve seen so many articles and opinions the last year that I wanted a deep dive, I was feeling a bit in the dark. Its opening my eyes.
📺 What I’m Watching: Oh boy I couldn’t decide if I wanted to share this show or not, cause it’s a rough one. It’s well made, but it’s got a trigger warning for a reason.
🌻 What is bringing me Joy: Being off social media! I love not having to create content there anymore and being able to focus only on substack is bringing me not only so much joy but also some fresh inspiration and love for my work.

It’s not so great as a “postpartum recipe” but so delicious, esp if you pick a high quality tomato sauce (in the US, I love Yo Mama’s brand, the Chianti wine flavor)
